“ My meat was too tough to chew, so the waiter cheerfully offered me an alternative and served it quickly. It was fast and friendly service and the same great tasting cheese sauce I remember from the old location in Bossier at the foot of the Shreveport-Barksdale Highway bridge. ”
“ This is some of the best restaurant bought Tex-Mex I have had in a long while. My family ordered a family fajita meal with chicken and steak and i am blown away. The steak is super tender, the amount of food is incredible, and the service from beginning to end was superb. I dont have a negative for this review. Very, very well done, Trejo of Blanchard. ”
“ Food & Server were Decent.. Beef Fajita Street Tacos ( Waiter recommendation) Decent lil pricey chips & salsa FRESH & DELICIOUS .. Margarita was well made.. Minus one star for the almost $3.00 cost of a child size cup of to go tea . ”
“ I loooove this place so much best tacos around! The service is always on point and I never have to wait longer than expected. 10/10 recommend! ”
“ I really like this Trejo’s. I was sorry to see the rest of them go. My family eats here often because they are CONSISTENTLY good. The food is always hot and delicious and the service! The service is, I must say, exceptional. The waiters here (I say waiters because I’ve never actually had a waitress) are always extremely professional while still being friendly. There’s one guy here, I feel remiss that I don’t know his name, and he is a WIZARD! He handles lots of tables at once, and nobody ever has to wait for anything more than a moment. All of them are so polite… it’s really refreshing. They even practice old-school manners like taking the lady’s order first, serving the lady first, etc, etc, (at least the ones that I’ve had have done so). Those are things you really don’t see at regular restaurants anymore,. It’s a great Mexican joint, well worth a stop for lunch! Edited to add picture. ”
